Teresa & Charles’ Engagement

Teresa and Charlie are getting married! We met in Seattle on an overcast afternoon last week to check out the marshy trail system near the Arboretum and take their engagement photos. Boy! That was an adventure!

It rained the night before so the trail was really soggy. Poor Teresa was wearing a pair of sandals that were completely muddy by the time we called it quits. We all had a great time trying to stay out of the mud! At one point we balanced on a board and ventured out onto a small dock off the trail to take some portraits of them. You can see in the slideshow a few photos of Teresa balancing on the edge of the trail. I guess the guy in rubber boots that I saw pass us on the trail head should have been a clue!
